NewCare was formed in 2001 after its founders, Dean and Marti Schneider along with Jim and Carolyne Howard, decided to create a service agency with creative new ideas focusing on the "client first" principle. Starting with one client NewCare has grown to its current size, supporting 23 clients with over 40 employees. Our mission is not to be the biggest, only the best.C
