NewCare LLC

NewCare was formed in 2001 after its founders, Dean and Marti Schneider along with Jim and Carolyne Howard, decided to create a service agency with creative new ideas focusing on the "client first" principle. In 2002, Marti and Dean purchased the Howard's share and moved the office to Adair, OK. Marti is the Executive Director of NewCare. Her Degree is in Special Education and she has worked with people with disabilities since college. Marti's work experience includes staffing, vocational, human resources and training. Starting with one client NewCare has grown to its current size, supporting 23 clients with over 40 employees. Our mission is not to be the biggest, only the best.

NewCare is very proud of all of our staff. Without their commitment and dedication we would not be able to be successful. Our office staff, which include Candi Dove (Office Manager), and Angela Johnson (Finance Director) are there to help answer any questions you may have.
